- Each token consist of 1 hour worth of update task
- Minimum 1 token per task
- Expected tokens quotation will be provided
- Actual tokens used may differ should changes/updates added in between task
- Minimum 10 tokens for each purchase or reload
- Tokens valid for 12 months from date of purchase or reload
Adhoc Maintenance

- Price will be quoted based on size of task
- Media and Assets to be provided by customer
- Additional media, assets and licenses required will be charged separately
- Quotation will be provided before work starts
- Prepayment of 50% expected
- Each job comes with 1 week of warranty on similar changes
